User Registration and Use of APP Privacy Policy
You are hereby reminded that before registering as a user, please read this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") carefully to ensure that you fully understand the terms of this Agreement. Please read carefully and choose whether to accept or not accept this Agreement. Your registration, login, use and other behaviors will be deemed to be your acceptance of this Agreement and your agreement to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement stipulates the rights and obligations between Nanjing Random Now Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Random Now") and the User regarding the "Lotto" software service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). "User" means an individual who registers, logs in, or uses the Service. This Agreement may be updated by Random Now at any time, and the updated terms of the Agreement shall replace the original terms of the Agreement once they are published without prior notice, and the User may consult the latest version of the Terms of Agreement in the App. If, after amending the terms of the Agreement, the User does not accept the amended terms, please immediately stop using the services provided by Lotto, and the User's continued use of the Services will be deemed to be acceptance of the amended Agreement.
1. Account Registration
1. Users are required to register a "Random Now" account before using this service. The "Random Now" account shall be registered with a mobile phone number, and the user shall register the "Random Now" account with a mobile phone number that has not been bound to the "Random Now" account and a mobile phone number that has not been banned by the Service in accordance with this Agreement. The service can change the way the account is registered and bound according to the user's needs or product needs, without prior notice to the user.
2. "Random Now" is an APP product based on "Lotto", and the user shall authorize Random Now and use his/her personal information when registering in order to successfully register a "Random Now" account. Therefore, the completion of the registration means that the user agrees to the service to extract, disclose and use the user's information.
3. In view of the binding registration method of the "Random Now" account, you agree that the service will allow your mobile phone number and mobile device identification code and other information to be used for registration when registering.
4. When the user registers and uses the service, Random Now needs to collect personal information that can identify the user so that the service can contact the user when necessary, or provide the user with a better user experience. The information collected by Random Now includes, but is not limited to, the user's name and address; Random Now agrees that the use of such information will be subject to the protection of the user's personal information in Article 3.
2. Protection of users' personal privacy information
1. If Random Now discovers or receives reports or complaints from others that the User has violated this Agreement, Random Now has the right to review and delete the relevant content, including but not limited to the user's information and posting records, at any time without notice, and impose penalties on the violating account including but not limited to warning, account ban, device ban, and function ban, depending on the severity of the circumstances, and notify the user of the result.
2. Users who have been banned for violating the User Agreement can contact Random Now on their own. Users who have been banned will be automatically reinstated after the ban period expires. Banned users may submit an appeal, and Random Now will review the appeal and decide whether to change the penalty at its reasonable discretion.
3. The User understands and agrees that Random Now has the right to impose penalties on violations of relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this Agreement based on reasonable judgment, take appropriate legal action against any User who violates laws and regulations, and keep relevant information in accordance with laws and regulations to report to relevant authorities, etc., and the User shall bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom.
4. The User understands and agrees that the User shall indemnify and hold Random Now, its partners and affiliates harmless from any claims, demands or losses, including reasonable attorney's fees, asserted by any third party caused or arising from the User's violation of this Agreement.
3. Specifications for user-published content
1. The content mentioned in this article refers to any content produced, uploaded, copied, published and disseminated by the user in the process of using the service, including but not limited to registration information and authentication materials such as account avatar, name, user description, or text, voice, picture, video, graphic and text sending, replying or auto-replying messages and related link pages, as well as other content generated by using the account or the service.
2. Users shall not use the "Random Now" account or the Service to create, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate the following content prohibited by laws, regulations, and policies:
(1) Opposing the basic principles set forth in the Constitution;
(2) Endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
(3) harming the honor and interests of the state;
(4) Inciting ethnic hatred and ethnic discrimination, or undermining national unity;
(5) Undermining the state's religious policies and advocating cults and feudal superstitions;
(6) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, or undermining social stability;
(7) Disseminating obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or instigating crimes;
(8) Insulting or slandering others, infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;
(9) Information containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
3. Users shall not use the "Random Now" account or the Service to create, upload, copy, publish or disseminate the following content that interferes with the normal operation of the "Service" and infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties:
(1) contains any sexual or sexually suggestive substance;
(2) Contains abusive, intimidating, or threatening content;
(3) Contains harassment, spam, malicious information, or deceptive information;
(4) Involving the privacy, personal information or data of others;
(5) Infringing upon the legitimate rights of others, such as the right of reputation, portrait right, intellectual property rights, and trade secrets;
(6) Contains other information that interferes with the normal operation of the service and infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.
4. Rules of Use
1. Any content transmitted or posted by the User on or through the Service does not reflect or represent, and shall not be deemed to reflect or represent the views, positions or policies of Random Now, and Random Now shall not be liable for any such content.
2. The User shall not use the "Random Now" account or the Service to do the following:
(1) Submitting or publishing false information, or stealing other people's avatars or materials, impersonating or using the names of others;
(2) Coercing or inducing other users to follow, click on linked pages or share information;
(3) Fabricating facts or concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others;
(4) Using technical means to establish fake accounts in batches;
(5) Engaging in any illegal or criminal activities using the "Random Now" account or the Service;
(6) Making, publishing, or operating or disseminating methods and tools related to the above acts, regardless of whether these acts are for commercial purposes;
(7) Other acts that violate laws and regulations, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users, interfere with the normal operation of "Random Now" or services that are not expressly authorized.
3. The User shall be solely responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, accuracy, and validity of the information transmitted through the "Random Now" account or the Service, and any legal liability related to the information disseminated by the User shall be borne by the User and has nothing to do with Random Now.
In the event of any damage caused to Random Now or a third party, the User shall compensate for such damage in accordance with the law.
4. The services provided by Random Now may include advertisements, and the user agrees to display advertisements provided by Random Now and third-party suppliers and partners during use. Except as expressly provided by laws and regulations, the user shall be solely responsible for the transactions carried out in accordance with the advertising information.
Random Now shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the User as a result of transactions made pursuant to such advertising information or the content provided by the aforementioned advertisers.
5. Miscellaneous
1. Random Now solemnly reminds users to pay attention to the clauses in this Agreement that exempt Random Now from liability and restrict users' rights, and users are requested to read them carefully and consider the risks independently. Minors should read this Agreement in the company of their legal guardians.
2. The validity, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of any dispute or controversy between the User and Random Now, it shall first be settled through friendly negotiation, and if the negotiation fails, the User agrees to submit the dispute or controversy to the jurisdiction of the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where Random Now is domiciled.
3. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding on both parties.
The copyright of this Agreement is owned by Random Now, and Random Now reserves all rights to interpret this Agreement.
