Users need to register an account and log in before they can use the core services of this platform.
2. Account registration and use
You will need to register for a PCSO LottoPlan account. When registering, you should provide a true, accurate, complete, and legal mobile phone number, and complete the mobile phone number verification as required.
You are responsible for keeping your account information and password safe and responsible for all activities conducted under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use, please notify us immediately.

3. Gold coin rules
